Getting there:

• The Summit Hotel, located about 15 minutes east of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. If travelling from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to the Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, start by heading east on Terminal Drive from the airport. Merge onto I-275 East and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 50B for I-71 North towards Cincinnati. Continue on I-71 North for approximately 10 miles, then take exit 7 for Dana Avenue. Merge onto Dana Avenue and turn right onto Red Bank Road. The Summit Hotel will be on your left at 5345 Medpace Way.

Childcare accommodations

• SDS Congress is pleased to offer childcare support through KiddieCorp. KiddieCorp will provide care, activities, meals and snacks for children aged 3 months – 17 years old. Attendees must register for childcare in advance and childcare will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Childcare staff are not able to administer medication to children- any medical needs must be discussed with Congress staff prior to registering. We have limited number of space available and the childcare registration deadline is May 7, 2025.
• Childcare will be available on-site at The Summit Hotel during the following hours:
  • Thursday, June 5 -- 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, June 6 -- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 7 -- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 8 -- 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
