11th International Shwachman Diamond Syndrome Congress Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission

All abstract submissions are due by January 21, 2025 by 5 PM EST. The deadline will not be extended.

Notification

Submitters will be notified by March 1, 2025 if their abstracts have been accepted for poster or oral presentation.

Instructions

• Abstracts should be written in Arial or Times New Roman, 11-point font
• Abstracts are limited to 500 words
• All submitters must include the following in the body of the abstract: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions
• Submitters must indicate all authors and their institution, city, state and country where the research was conducted

All accepted abstracts will not be published online.
We will not allow any changes to the abstract once the system closes on January 21, 2025.

Selection Criteria

• Paper and poster submissions will be reviewed and rated by members of the Conference Planning Committee who have expertise in the research or clinical area to which the submission belongs. Each submission will be reviewed for its scientific or clinical importance, ethical practice, and study design.
